By purchasing or using any service provided by Guilders, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Guilders provides Discord server building, management, and related community and promotional services as described on our website and agreed in individual project quotes.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Stripe
All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must open a ticket in the designated support channel or email Guilders before your next payment is due.
Failure to request cancellation before renewal may result in the next payment being processed.
Guilders will not provide services for projects or servers that:
- Offer invite rewards.
- Sell Discord accounts or servers.
- Distribute illegal goods or services.
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Contain gore, excessive violence, NSFW content.
- Develop or promote malicious Discord bots.
- Promote hate speech or extremist content.
- Participate in any activity we determine to be unlawful or against Discord's policies.
Project completion times vary depending on the requested service.
We strive to deliver high-quality work promptly, most server setup services may take up to two (2) weeks.
Guilders reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any service request at our sole discretion.
This may include (but is not limited to):
- The customer leaving the Guilders Discord server.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Abuse toward staff.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Any other circumstance where continuing the service is deemed inappropriate.
Guilders provides professional services but does not guarantee:
- Server growth
- Increased activity
- Revenue
- Community engagement
- Any specific outcome or level of success
Results depend on many factors outside of our control.
Customers are expected to comply with:
- Discord Community Guidelines
- Discord Terms of Service
- Stripe Terms of Service
Failure to comply with these external policies may result in cancellation of services and no refund will be provided (see Refund Policy).
Guilders may update these Terms of Service at any time. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page; if the changes are significant, we will provide an update via email and/or discord.
Continued use of our servives constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.

All sales are final.
Once payment has been successfully processed, refunds are not available.
If the customer violates our terms of service, we reserve the right to cancel subscriptions and services without providing a refund.
If both:
- The customer, and
- The seller (Guilders)
agree that the delivered service did not meet Guilders' expected quality standards, Guilders may, at its sole discretion, provide an additional service free of charge instead of issuing a refund.
The type, scope, and duration of any complimentary service will be determined solely by Guilders.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing date by opening a support ticket or emailing Guilders.
Contact us via Discord or email with your project details and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
